Hi, I’m Hui Wang (王辉), currently an Algorithm Engineer at Beijing Academy of Artificial Intelligence (BAAI), specializing in AI4Biology. I hold a Master’s degree from Northeastern University (School of Software) and received research training at Westlake University. My interests revolve around the fusion of biology and AI, covering protein engineering, nucleic acid aptamer design, and a deep curiosity in genomics, transcriptomics, and proteomics.

UltraSelex, a rapid single-round method for high-affinity aptamer discovery, is featured on the cover of Nature Chemical Biology. Unlike conventional SELEX requiring 10–15 cycles, UltraSelex uses successive elution steps to capture aptamers by affinity in just one round.
